We were pessimistic about this restaurant from the looks of it outside, but once inside everything changed. We made a reservation, which is a must as they were turning away people who didn't have reservations because the restaurant was full. The food was fantastic to say the least. The service was better than we thought it was going to be because we are college students and didn't expect to be treated as well as others but we were. The mood the restaurant sets with its dim lights and music was just what we were looking for. Definitely a restaurant we will go back to every time we make a trip to Denver.

This restaurant has a theme and they stick with it. Nothing frilly, nothing fancy, and nothing snobby. Just truly amazing local and seasonal food prepared perfectly. Having spent 10 years in NYC and Washington, DC I can honestly say that Fruition could easily go toe to toe with some of the best restaurants on the East Coast. For the quality of the food, the cost was nominal to downright reasonable. I've seen some reviews complaining about the tight seating and the noise level but if that's your concern then perhaps you've missed the point.

This is the best restaurant in Denver! I have been on several occasions and the menu always delights, the service never disappoints, and the atmosphere is cozy.

Before attending a conference in Denver last week, I used Tripadvisor to decide where to plan dinners for myself and a group of 6 colleagues. I made reservations well in advance for Fruition based on the reviews. Our collective experience was outstanding. Fruition deserves it's #1 rating. Paul, the owner, was delightful and greeted our somewhat raucous group with charm and enthusiasm. The waitstaff were attentive, informative and professional. Everyone in our group was pleased with the variety of foods that we ordered. Tripadvisor makes it so easy to do your homework in advance and plan so that you can make informed dining decisions. Fruition will absolutely be on my "to-do" list on my next visit to Denver.
