Having lunch at Langer's was a very nice experience for us europeans. This is still a very classical deli. (When i was young I used to go with my father to Wolf's each time we were in New York).
And we took the combo, pastrami, swiss cheese, coleslaw and it was perfect. We had a very nice lunch.
This place served the best tasting pastrami I've ever eaten. How do you get so much flavor in one sandwich? I don't...

I don't know.. go to Langer's a find out for yourself. This is definitely the best pastrami on this side of the U.S. Next pastrami destination-Kat's Deli in New York.
Great deli

I ordered the #19 and it was outstanding. I don't think I've ever paid $13 for a pastrami sandwich. As good as Canter's (Los Angeles), The Hat (throughout socal), and even Katz's(NY) are for pastrami, I have to say that Langer's still have my taste buds yearning like no other place. This is a must stop for ANYONE who enjoys a remarkable pastrami sandwich.
NOT IN South San Gabriel Valley!!!!

Hope no one looks for this place in San Gabriel...but that said this is the best pastrami in the United States!! The fresh crisp rye crust and the soft bread enshroud the most delectable pastrami, cole slaw and swiss cheese you have ever tasted. (If you order their famous combo)
