Coffee in Rome is better than almost everywhere in London, but at this place it's devine.
It is that good and it is worth the trip there. Don't sit down and order your coffee cause you'll pay 3x as much for the pleasure. Stand at the counter with all the other people and enjoy your cappucino in the morning and espresso during the day.
Great little coffee shop - great service

This is place has some amazing coffee served with real Italian charm. One of the pastries i had there was so good I ordered two and ate them both right outside the coffee shop. I couldn't help myself. Highly recommend. Be sure to take some coffee beans with you.
One of the best

Sant' Eustachio is one of the best coffee shops in Rome. Located right by the Pantheon it is a great place for a coffee break.
While ordering your coffee or cappuccino you have to tell to the bar tender if you desire it without sugar. If you don't, your coffee will be sweetened (it is because Italians can't imagine their caffe without 'lo zuchero').
You can also buy ground coffee for home and they will grind it as you need.
Best ever!

this is one of the best things that I have ever put in my mouth - it is that heavenly. A year passed, and I still miss its perfect aromatic taste. Very good coffee.

I insisted to my husband that we went to Sant'Eustachio for coffee after reading the review and I'm glad we did. It was very busy which immediately indicated its popularity. The coffee was indeed the nicest I've had. The only downfall for me was that we were tired and cold and would have liked to sit down in the warm to enjoy it but there is no indoor seating. Don't let this put you off a great cappuccino though
