If you want a great breakfast with great atmosphere in a great hotel (The Wynn) then Le Tableau is your wake-up spot. Although a bit pricey it is still a "must do" while in Vegas. Have the continental breakfast with fresh juice you won't regret it.
Elegant

If you stay in the Tower Suites you walk by the restuarant many times in a day. It is a very pretty place and it's a place you want to like because you would like to come back we were not disappointed on both counts. The room as I said is bright and elegant[sit in the atrium] with the table settings being very proper. The whole place gives you a good feel we have had breakfast and lunch here several times and have enjoyed the food and service. You can relax here so take the time to enjoy it.
A hidden gem..

Lovely room to be sitting in for breakfast; our table had a nice view of the pool/garden. It was a tranquil and serene setting amid the hub-bub of Las Vegas.
I ordered the huckleberry pancakes. They were light and fluffy with a nice hint of orange in it. 2nd best pancakes I've ever tasted. Also had a side of chicken apple sausages; they were juicy with the right amount of flavour.
Fiance ordered the Tableau breakfast: which came w 2 eggs, bacon, potatoes patties, toast and preserves, basket of mini baked goods (banana-choc muffins, apple-pear turnovers, and cinnamon swirl "cookies"), coffee/tea and fresh squeezed juice.
Everything tasted wonderful, fresh and filling. We were full enough that we had to pack away some of the pastries to nibble on later on.
Service was lovely; attentive but not overbearing. They even gave us each a small pack of granola to take away to munch on.
The food is a bit pricey, so I wouldn't recommend it to someone on a budget. However, it was a nice indulgence in the morning, It also didn't hurt that we had a credit voucher for staying at the Encore.. :) Will definitely come back to try some of the other items on the menu.. too bad it's only open for breakfast/brunch..
Great start to our day

We ended up going to this place twice because everything about this place was wonderful. Nope not one complaint did we find with this place. It is not cheap so if you are looking for a cheap breakfast place this is not it. Between the two days we had the short ribs, blueberry pancakes (OMG those are delish and I'm craving them now), bacon, fried potatoes, fresh carrot and orange juice and coffee.......everything was GREAT!
Price was between 70-80
Cannot wait to go back for my blueberry pancakes.

Situated in a quiet corner of the Wynn Hotel this gem of a restaurant has to be experienced.
We ate breakfast there twice during our recent trip to Vegas. Both visits where outstanding.
The restaurant is situated along the corridor from the main guest elevators, past the high limit rooms. As you past through the doors a quiet serenity hits you giving you a feeling that you have left the Wynn and entered another place. You are shown to your table, which in our case was in the main dining area , a beautiful glass conservatory with lovely views of the hotel gardens. The waiting staff are friendly and very attentive. As usual in Vegas your choice is extensive and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
I had the omelette which was the best I had ever had in my life ,light and tasty.followed by warm toast and preserves. My wife chose eggs benedict which again were delicious.
For a totally different Vegas experience book a table and enjoy some quality food in total serenity.
